📦 Return & Exchange Policy

At Spoken English School, we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers.

🔄 Exchange Policy (Only for Physical Products – Books)

• We offer exchange only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Wrong product delivered

• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

📌 Conditions for Exchange

• Product must be unused and in original condition.

• Original packaging should be intact.

• Unboxing video or clear images are required as proof for approval.

❌ No Return / No Refund Policy

• We do not provide returns or refunds under any circumstances.

• Digital products (PDFs, video courses, downloadable content) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

🚚 Exchange Process

• Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement product.

• Exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
